HOWARD Stern has scored a new Hamptons summer rental, after the mansion he’d been leasing was suddenly sold last month.
The Norman Jaffe-designed 6,000-square-foot pad includes six bedrooms and 61/2 baths on 4.4 acres with 200 feet of beachfront and views of both the ocean and bay. The property features a gunite pool with spa and a sunken tennis court, and is within shouting distance of the Meadow Lane helipad.

Besides offering custom interior work, the company is searching for townhouses to buy and gut-renovate, according to owner Joseph Farrell.
