According to Braden Keil, NYPost:
…billionaire socialite Terry Allen Kramer’s Southampton estata is going to contract for approximately $34 million. That’s a record oceanfront sale for Southampton Village. Included in the sale is a nine-bedroom, 11-bath shingle-style residence with a seaside pool on 3-plus acres that Kramer had built 22 years ago. The leafy estate, which had a $35 million asking price, is at the end of a private lane off Wickapogue Road and is bordered by 350 feet of oceanfront beach and a saltwater pond.
The East Hampton mansion where Jacqueline Kennedy Onassis spent most of her childhood has a new owner. The 90-year-old Further Lane estate known as “Lasata” has been sold for $24 million to Reed Krakoff, the president and creative director of the Coach leather accessories company, and his interior-designer wife, Delphine, by the heirs of longtime owner Miriam Meehan.
The property is the former summer home of Jackie O’s paternal grandparents. It went on the market last May with an asking price of $25 million. Included on the 11-acre spread that features a large pool and lush formal gardens is an 8,500-square-foot, two-story residence with six main bedrooms, 5 1/2 baths, grand public rooms and several fireplaces.
