I'm wondering if they just DON'T GET IT. It will be quite interesting to watch the results of the ignorance- there's only so much time before the consumer watches the various Emporers undressing (and being undressed) when the question is posed by a governmental agency, "WHY ON EARTH HAVE YOU BEEN SHORTCHANGING THE CONSUMER?"
